***Please remember that when you are sending in entry forms to send them via REGULAR post or a means whereby NO signature is required.
Most of our executive have full time jobs and will not be home to accept these deliveries nor will we have time to go pick them up.
Entries requiring pick up at a post office or couriers will NOT be accepted.
Please send all entries in separate envelopes even if you see the same registrar taking 2 different entries. A good example is if you are sending in Ontarios and Fergus. DO NOT send them in one envelope or your entry might be missed. The registrar opens the entries according to competition & closing date. *** |
